When I was pregnant I had a strong craving for passion fruit (and wine gums but let’s not go there). I therefore consider myself a world expert on this funny fruit and put all my faith in it as it made me the most beautiful baby on earth.
This Passionate Bircher is a dream of a breakfast; mouthfuls of creamy Greek yoghurt and health-giving oats with sharpness from the passionfruit and crunch from the pistachios and pumpkin seeds. Easy to forget its goodness amid your passionate yoghurty raptures. Mmm mmm.
Mix the oats and honey with the yoghurt, and the cream if using.
Turn out into a good-looking bowl 🙂
Halve the passion fruit and squeeze the fruit over the yoghurt mix, then top with nuts and seeds.
Do it with passion (fruit) or not at all.
