Parma, mango and mozzarella salad

Creamy mozzarella, sweet mango, salty Parma ham and spicy dressing. This salad will make mmmmhhhh-ecstasy happen in your mouthplace.


  • 125g of good buffalo mozzarella, torn
  • half a ripe juicy mango, sliced
  • 3-4 slices of Parma or Serrano ham
  • handful of wild rocket
  • 1-2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • squeeze of sweet chilli sauce
  • sea salt

Arrange the rocket, mozzarella, Parma and melon on a plate.

Mix the olive oil and sweet chilli sauce and drizzle it over the salad.
