  • 170g whole (full fat) Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon of ground flax
  • sliced banana
  • 1 teaspoon of greek or any clear honey
  • 20g of chopped nuts and seeds of choice


Layer it up in a nice glass.

Eat it with a teaspoon, slowwwwly.
