  • 170g FAGE Total Greek yoghurt
  • 2 dessert spoons of granola or 3 of unsweetened muesli
  • sliced banana
  • greek or any clear honey
  • a few nuts of choice


Layer it up in a nice glass.

Eat it with a teaspoon, slowwwwly.
