Greek yoghurt with warm plum, muesli and honey

You only need a sprinkle of muesli on this for a bit of texture, so it’s a great low-carb breakfast, and filling too.

Looks gorgeous, tastes gorgeous, makes you even more gorgeous!

Ingredients

  • 170g of full fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 large ripe and juicy plum
  • 1 dessert spoon of unsweetened muesli
  • 1 dessert spoon of Greek or wildflower honey

Nuush clients: Please apply the portion sizes stated in your account and divide the recipe so that you make only as much you need.

Instructions

Halve the plum, remove the stone and microwave it til slightly soft, 1-2 mins depending on ripeness.

Spoon the yoghurt into a nice bowl – nice looking bowls help 🙂

Place the microwaved plum on top and sprinkle the muesli around.

Pour the honey over.
