Absolutely divine, melt-in-the-mouth, garlicky and crunchy-coated chicken.
Nuush clients: Please apply the portion sizes stated in your account and divide the recipe so that you make only as much you need.
Heat the oven to 190 degrees.
Slit the chicken breasts lengthways on the flat leaving one side joined then put two pats of butter inside each, and close.
Coat the chicken in the beaten egg and then the breadcrumbs.
Line a baking tray with baking paper, place the chicken on it and place another deeper baking tray over the top as a lid.
Bake for 30-40 mins until you’re sure the chicken is cooked through. For the last 5-10 mins remove the second tray so the breadcrumbs go golden.
