Frozen banana is a game changer here! This is a beautifully tasty and satisfying breakfast smoothie bowl, providing calcium, fibre and loads of wonderful vitamins and minerals.
Blend the frozen banana, Greek yoghurt and honey in a food processor or blender. It should be smooth and creamy.
Turn it into a bowl and top with the nuts and optional sliced banana or even a few berries or some passion fruit.
