Cheddar and apple crunch sandwich

Cheese and apples are a marriage made in heaven, add finely chopped spring onion and mayo and you will BE IN HEAVEN!

Ingredients

  • two slices of soft sourdough bread*, buttered
  • 40g of good strong cheddar, grated
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 sharp crunchy apple, grated
  • 1 dessert spoon of mayonnaise

*Any real bread will do. Real bread is no more than flour, water, yeast and salt.

Instructions

Mix all the filling ingredients in a bowl then spread over one slice of the buttered bread.

Top with the other slice, cut in half and prepare to be in raptures!
