Berry smoothie bowl

Cool and refreshing, this delicious smoothie bowl of frozen berries, creamy Greek yoghurt and creme fraiche will fill you with revitalising phytonutrients.

Ingredients

  • 170g of full fat Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons of creme fraiche
  • big squeeze of clear mild honey such as acacia
  • handful of frozen berries, I use blueberries and blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon of granola
  • 5 nuts, chopped
  • optional sliced banana

Instructions

Stick everything except a few berries, the granola and the nuts into a blender and blitz it. Serve in a bowl topped with the nuts, granola, a few berries and optional sliced banana.

Berries

Berries are not only wonderful and versatile gems of sweetness, they also provide us with a myriad of nutrients, helping to maintain a well-rounded diet and good health.
