Each weekly plan is packed with variety, ingredients that follow the seasons and meals suitable for all taste buds and preferences. Many meals can also be easily adapted if you are vegan.
Much more than a collection of recipes and meal ideas, each plan considers your body’s requirements for micronutrients, carbs, omega 3 fatty acids, fibre and much more.
We don’t just drop a bunch of recipes on you and send you on your way. We include weekly tips and motivation to educate you about nutrition, making food choices right for you, exercise and more.
Track your weight-loss progress with our online tools and connect with others in our members-only Facebook group, a great place to discuss nutrition, health and life in general.

We write a fresh plan each week which is sent to member accounts on a Wednesday, giving everyone time to plan for the week ahead.
This is a sample from the week beginning 17 April 2023 showing the meal plan for Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. The symbols denote:
Focus note: If you started with Nuush to lose weight but have lost your way a little bit take it one day at a time and say “All I have to do is follow the plan today and tomorrow is a different day”. See how it feels after one day - no snacks, correct portion sizes, early dinner and no evening grazing. You can absolutely do it and it can give you a. Great kicks start. Next day, try the same again and you’re on a roll!
You can interchange the breakfast options between days, as long as you keep some variety and follow the carb/low carb vibe for the day.
Always have 1-2 fruit with lunch.
You can choose any of these veggie options on another night apart from Tue, which is low carb.

Every lunch every day is followed by 1-2 pieces of fruit unless fruit is part of the option
When you choose brunch have it late morning, fruit or kefir in the afternoon and an earlier dinner.

Limit bread to no more than one meal a day. Limit cheese to no more than once a day and have 3 cheese-free days.
Nutrition for Everyone includes a weekly nutrition plan, based on the Mediterranean diet, with lots of options, there will always be something you love! It's suitable for meat eaters, veggie-fish followers, or vegetarians. Your plans are carefully put together by me. I have a wealth of knowledge, qualifications and experience and I am always here if you have questions.
