Basic nutrition includes a weekly nutrition plan, based on the Mediterranean diet, with lots of options, there will always be something you love! It's suitable for meat eaters, veggie-fish followers, or vegetarians. It's simply a pared-down version of our Nutrition for Everyone plan, without any emphasis on weight loss. Your plans are carefully put together by me. I have wealth of knowledge, qualifications and experience and I am always here to take questions.
