Get naked!

If you really want to get to know your body and what needs to change you don’t even need scales, all you need is to get naked! Lots of people avoid seeing themselves with no clothes on because they’re scared of what they’ll see. They won’t let anyone else see them undressed either, which can cause obvious problems…

Get naked

Health benefits of seeing yourself naked

What you look like naked can tell you a lot about your health. Are there bits that wobble that shouldn’t wobble? Can you grab much fat? Can you see dimpling from fat? What’s your skin like, is it healthy and evenly toned or is there mottling and discolouration?

Being overweight or obese can cause all sorts of skin abnormalities such as darker velvety areas in body folds due to fat affecting hormones; skin tags; broken capillaries from strain on the legs, hardened skin on feet, stretch marks, varicose veins and generally unhappy skin. “BUT I DON’T WANT TO SEE THAT!” I hear you say. Of course you don’t but if you face up to it you can beat it with our support. Hiding from it is just pretending it’s not there. Seeing yourself de-robed can make you realise how much you would love to look good naked .

The happy news is that these things can absolutely be halted or transformed. Eating well has a marked effect on what you look like in the buff. Better and more importantly, it makes you feel good, makes you healthier, and the massive win – it helps you to live longer.

First step to look good naked, if you don’t already

So at the next opportunity go to a quiet room and take your clothes off, do some twirls, grab some stuff, jump up and down to see what wobbles. I suggest we all do this tonight at 10pm, a mass naked jigglefest! No Instagrams though please or I’ll be arrested.

I’m serious though, check your body out, face up to it, give it the best chance in life, change it.

Improve your bits that wobble with our nutrition plans.
