Everyone can cook easy healthy recipes!

Almost anyone can cook something tasty. It doesn’t take more than 3-4 good ingredients to rustle up something delicious, like spaghetti with roasted tomatoes, garlic and parmesan.  The cheap healthy recipes are often the best kind!

Cooking from scratch

It’s straightforward. Your kitchen isn’t on Master Chef, you can cook something fantastic on one ring of an old cooker, and no matter what your tiles look like. So that is why on Nuush ALL our plans are filled with quick healthy recipes to help you to lose weight naturally.

“But I don’t enjoy cooking”

Loads of people say this when they ask about our plans. It doesn’t matter, our food is so easy that even the most reluctant people turn into cooking enthusiasts. No more ready-meals or jars of pasta sauce. Plus this stuff is quicker than a takeaway, and much better, providing you with a healthy diet for the weight loss you want.

Too many diets put you off real food. Ready-meals, shakes, smoothies and biscuit meal replacements mean never enjoying the creaminess of whole milk or the slippery goldenness of real butter on toast. Let’s face it, a life without butter is no life at all.

Guiding you away from bad quality processed food and towards real and quite frankly delicious, whole food is a big aim of our Nutrition for Everyone plans. It’s impossible to avoid all processed food, for instance, dried pasta is processed in the true sense, but working with fresh simple ingredients is at the heart of what we do.

It’s not ‘a diet’, it’s just the way you eat

The recipes on our plans are quick and easy; they inspire people to cook more and see just how easy and satisfying it is; and how much better they feel for eating real food. And for the serious foodies there’s always a more advanced option. It’s all covered.

You’ll graduate from Nuush being able to cook great meals and practise portion control just by instinct. Counting calories and points is no way to live, so there’s none of that. Minutely measuring how many spoons of cream go in a sauce, or how many pine nuts to add to your salad is stressy, no stress to see here!
