How our Medichecks consultation works

The price you pay at checkout gives you two 20-minute consultations with Sally, Nuush’s founder. The first conversation is to determine which test(s) to order and the second one to help interpret the results. After the first consultation, if you don’t need a blood test we will refund 50% of the registration fee.

We then order the tests for you through our Medicheck’s partnership portal – our partnership gets you 10% off the standard price. You’ll get instructions from Medichecks to set up an account with them and provide the supporting information required for their doctors. If you already have a Medichecks account we’ll need your permission to connect your account with ours. Full details are included in the welcome email when you checkout. We won’t be able to see any prior test results in your account.

Our welcome email – and the information you get directly from Medichecks – will explain how the blood tests work.

When your results are ready we’ll ask you to book your second consultation. Our second discussion will focus on any required action and the detail of any necessary conversations with your GP. We’ll post a summary of our discussions to your Nuush account.
